I created this site to share a safe way to fight hypertension with the help of foods.  I want you to know that there are safe alternatives to drugs, and I will be sharing them with you here. When I decided to start this site, I talked about this idea with my friends and colleagues. More than half of them confessed to me that they were taking high blood pressure medications! Moreover, many of them tried to lower their blood pressure by exercising and eating less Sodium, and did not succeed at all.

They just felt so confused by different diets, that they did not bother following any of them.

So I have started this website to share results of my research, to give you easy ways to control your hypertension using food, and to enable you to reduce your high blood pressure in as little as two weeks.

I researched hypertension medications. They were helping roughly 80% of people, as long as they take them…. For life!

Taking drugs for life is scary. Even more frightening are stories of people with drug-caused complications.

I searched for the diets that had research behind them.

I found the Harvard DASH diet that had documented positive results. I decided to make it even more effective. From all recommended foods I chose those with the most blood pressure-lowering qualities.

This site is to share my findings, and the way to lower your blood pressure in two weeks.
